So I took a pregnancy test last Friday and Sunday night both said negative and I started my period Monday. It was 12 days late. And my bleeding right now is not normal something feels off. I usually do have bad cramps but it’s the just the first day and the first day is usually heavier now I’m bleeding really heavy and feel bad cramping and feel dizzy and nausea. Could it be a miscarriage or could it be just because of being slightly late. I’m thinking about going to the doctors.
