Losing weight advice!
I am overweight for my age and height, but I have too lose 32 pounds in order to be the normal weight. I have been drinking plenty of water recently because I look on sites and it says doing that by itself can help lose me pounds. I am someone who doesn't like the gym or exercising at all, so I hope some of you on this app can help give me some tips or other ways to trim down 💖.
