Do any of my fellow breastfeeding mamas let their milk “cool down” before storing it away in the freezer? One of my coworkers (who is just a snob) was lecturing me on how I’m ruining my milk by putting it in the freezer right after expressing it? I’ve never heard of anyone doing this. Maybe I’m ignorant🤷🏻♀️... if my coworker is correct, can you explain why?
