How do you know they work?
I'm in the UK as it's not really a big thing but I can get hold of them if they're helpful

Literally nothing helped my milk production but the cookies are tasty. And I mean, I tried everything under the sun. It's up to you.

They worked for me but its more affordable to make them yourself. Most important ingredients are the raw oats and brewers yeast. The easiest things I made was “lactation bites”. There are lots of recipes on Pinterest

The only proven way to increase supply is to increase demand! Actual nursing skin-to-skin helps more than pumping.
