I usually count the “end of the day” as when I go to bed so... if you hadn’t gone to sleep yet I’d count it as the day before. I know that’s not technically correct but that makes more sense to me, if you have sex one night at 12am and then again at 11pm the “next night” that’s really like, you had sex 2 days in a row, not “twice in one day”

Whatever day u did it is the day u log it. If it was before midnight it was yesterday, if it was after midnight it was today
