Pre workout during pregnancy?

Is any pre workout safe during pregnancy? I need to go to the gym but I just need that little extra energy boost.

I’m not sure but I doubt it. Pre workout often contains high concentrations of caffeine and other stimulants (that’s why it gives such a buzz). I use to take it before the gym but I don’t now that I’m pregnant just to be safe. Definitely ask a doctor

Mtn Ops products are all safe during pregnancy and they have a pre workout. It’s awesome. The packaging says to verify with your doctor, I brought mine to my doctor and she said it is all safe. I know other women who have asked their doctors about it as well and they have all cleared it as well.

That’s a question for your doctor as pre-workouts are unregulated and all differ in ingredients. For the meantime, I would not take it.

No I was taking that everyday before I found out and my obgyn said to stop because it had high level of caffeine and it could cause problems of I continued.
