Sciatica pain
I’m 15 weeks, and the past week I’ve had extremely bad sciatica pain. Earlier this morning I bent over to pick something up and i couldn’t get back up, the pain knocked me down to my knees. I’ve been laying on a low setting heating bad since, but the pain is so bad I can’t sit up, I can hardly even walk. Do any of you have any advice? My next baby appointment is Monday.
