"just relax....don't stress...."
i haven't been trying to concieve for *very* long, this is month 9. Not many people know that my husband and I are trying, so many people dont know that is has not been successful so far.
What I would like to know is how the woman who say "just stop stressing and it will happen...."
Ok, 1. Is that real?? & I'm not being sarcastic because....HOW.
really, how??? i know around when my ovulation day is, therefore I will subconsciously BD around that week because I want a baby.
I cant not stress about this. It's not like I mean to either, it just happens, because i want a baby.
After ovulation day I'm thinking about symptoms. Oh, I sneezed. That could mean im getting a cold. Sometimes cold like symptoms can mean pregnancy. Is that a cramp? I must be pregnant.
It's a very vicious cycle. Period, wait until fertile week. Try try try. Pray it's on the right days. Wait wait wait. Chase after every symptom. Blood , oh not pregnant. REPEAT.
When I see someone that is pregnant or has a child it sinks my heart a little. I've got to imagine that causes a little stress.
The thing is is that the thought is ALWAYS there, right?
How do you not think about it, then not stress about it?
My husband says the same..."if you just wouldnt stress..."
Like, listen man, my timeline is constantly babies. constantly pregnancy announcements. constantly births. constantly constantly constantly.
you literally cant escape it, and when it happens for me I suppose I wont want to.
so if stress is my problem...how do I figure that out?
