Advice please, working moms 😭

I went from being on 2nd shift, 4-12-30 to being on days. I thought I’d like it better but now I seriously never see my baby. I get up at 5 to get ready. See him for about 30 minutes before I leave, get off at 530 cause they have been making us work over and he goes to bed at 7. I get no time with him. I’ve been on day shift for 2 weeks and I had cried every day coming home and going to work because I miss my baby so damn much and I feel like he’s gonna start preferring other people. I’m so used to spending the whole day with him. Y’all my heart is seriously broken and i dont know what to do. I can’t go back to nights for a year cause of the policies at work. Please tell me things get easier cause I’m broken right now 💔💔💔
