One year old separation anxiety 🙄😭💔

Mamas I need some advice I’m a first time mom and my beautiful daughter has I guess separation anxiety I can not leave the room without her crying for atleast and hour and having a panic attack is there anything else I can do other then the cry it out method I’m not leaving her all day but about once or twice a day I’ll tell her mama will be back baby and then as soon as I turn my back to walk into another room she’s SCREAMING and doesn’t stop until I’m back in the room with her or she’s cried her self to sleep. Usually on lazy days we stay hole and use to she would run around in her walker and I’d come check on her and she’d be playing in her toy box or I’d leave her in her play pen and she’d be playing and watching tv or she’ll take a nap but other days we go out and she’s with me all day cause we’re out and about so I’ve been busy until the last two days and she will NOT stand being alone or self entertain anymore. I don’t know I’m desperate I need some alone time there’s nobody who respects me enough to watch her for a couple hours and I can’t handle the constant hip attachment and the screaming when I need to shower or use the bathroom.
