Bleached hair🙄

Hey so I got my hair bleached today, professionally. The lady didn’t tone it or do what I asked for. How can I fix it? I have dark hair and I wanted to go lighter. First pic is what I was going for....Some parts of my hair are lighter than others and some are more orangey yellow
