Best walking shoes?

Hi all! My little one still hasnt walked on his own and since it looks like he will be flat footed, our doctor recommend some walking shoes. Anyone have any suggestions? Drop them below. Thanks!

We stay barefoot as much as possible to strengthen the tendons and muscles of the feet. The more support you provide the less work the muscles have to do.

We’re still loving Robeez and a pair of Geox (hand me down). She also has a pair of tiny lace up sneakers (shown below) that my fiancé’s 40 yr old sister wore when she was a toddler!! They fit the very best!

So many people have recommended SmartStep for my son because his ankles seemed so unstable. They are hightop and support the entire foot. They may have seemed on the pricey side, about $65 but they’re his first shoes and all I hear is “support”. The person who helped us also recommended a size bigger so he can add more support for the arch after a month of wearing them and he can continue to grow for a little longer with the shoes.

I’m a huge fan of Pediped shoes. My girl has several pairs and they fit her tiny, petite foot perfectly and are quality and really supportive.
My good friend SWEARS by See Kai Run shoes. Her kiddos had them for first walking shoes and still wear them. She passed me down a pair of adorable pink sparkly sneakers, but they are too wide for my girl currently. If you need a naturally wider shoe, check that brand out.
Side note- has anyone tried Monkey Feet shoes?! I’m obsessed. 😍

I just ordered some stride rite shoes for mine, he loves them, walks so proud all over the house in them. Some are expensive and some are a little cheaper, the ones I got were $36. My older son wore them too until he was a walking pro then I moved on to whatever brand.
