8 dpo spotting ( implantation bleeding or AF is about to get here?? )

I am on my 8 dpo and this afternoon when I went to use the restroom, there was a slight ( pinkish ) blood when I wiped. I was thinking, it could be the “implantation bleeding” that I often hear in our group.... but now I am paranoid that it could also be a sign that AF is coming early this month. I am schedule to have my period next week ( Thursday ) because I am usually 31-33 days and today is only 27 day for me. I went couple times to check if I am still spotting and yes, I still am when I try to kinda rub and pressed the TP a little harder ( tmi ).... I am not sure if my mind is playing trickson me coz now I feel like I having cramps all of a sudden. 😢
