What’s everyone doing for hemroid relieve?

I’ve never had this before. Even in my past pregnancy. I’m using tucks pads and prep h but it’s like growing and getting more painful! Thank god im not pushing this baby out. But I have my GBS test next week and really would like this monstrosity gone before that!

I have just started dealing with this myself, I have never dealt with hemorrhoids in my life but now at almost 38 weeks everything is a lil messed up down there :( I am using the tucks wipes but the real thing that seems to be helping is sitting in the bath for an hour or so in the morning and evening (I am working from home now until baby comes, so I have a little more time to lie in the water). I’m keeping it under control for now I think and it really only gets irritated when I poop, but I’m scared it’s gonna explode or something when I give birth 😩

Massage and cream they have hemorrhoid  cream A&D ointment if you have sore ness

My ob told me to avoid using creams for hemmroids. With my first, I did and it made the problem far worse. I was bleeding so bad. The pain was horrendous. Witch hazel pads immediately made everything better. My hemmroid went away 2 days later. I just put a tucks pad on it and replaced it every time I went to the bathroom

Yeah I got them with my first and now again with my second. Never had them before babies lol.
I use tucks, sitz baths, flushable wipes, and stool softeners. Also, wait until you absolutely have to have a bowel movement before you attempt to go so there is minimal to no straining. Basically, limiting the time spent on the toilet as sitting there makes them worse.

They get 100 x worse after pregnancy. That first after baby poop is worse than birth IMO. Only thing that helps me some are stool softeners.

Water water water! Keeps everything soft and regular for me. I keep a jug cup with a lid and straw with me and drink it all day. If I dont have that thing by me full if water, it wont happen I won't drink enough water.

Tucks ... sadly during pregnancy chances are they won’t go away. Baby is putting a lot of pressure down there which won’t go away until after birth
