Positive opk

So I miscarried in July I’ve had one period that was 9 days long and got my positive opk today... I have been cramping pretty bad today is that normal? Never have before but it’s only been like maybe 5 days since my period ended... does that matter?? Just confused really... had sex 2 days ago could that be why? And I usually (never have before) cramped during ovulation
