Postpartum chills?

It has been a week since I have given birth to my LO, and I get extremely cold very easy. Like my house is 70 and I have LAYERS on. I have no fever or sick symptoms. Has this happened to anyone else?

Totally normal! After my first I alternated between freezing cold and hot flashes for a week or two. Things will get better as your hormones keep evening out.

70 is pretty cold turn it up a bit. All pregnancy I had it at 70 69 the lowest and last night I was freezing I turned it up at 73 and feel much better.

I got bad chills after birth for about a week or two. Totally normal, I get hot flashes now (4w pp). Just hormones going back to normal!

Same! I keep my house at 70 usually and ever since I had my baby (3 weeks pp) 70 feels like the tundra! Hahah, not sure why 3 degrees makes a difference but 73 is my sweet spot now 😂
