Help!!!!! Please help me calm my nerves!

I’m pregnant with my first baby and I got a call saying that nothing serious is wrong but they found a small amount of bacteria and think it may be a uti but I’m on a trip and have zero symptoms of a uti so they said it can wait until I get back but they prescribed nitrofurantoin but all the side effects are pretty big so now it has me worried that things are worse than they said and I’m worried please give some advice my doctors is closed for now and I am terrified (my family gets a lot of rare medical stuff) please help ladies!
