Very late period someone help😬

I now haven’t had a period since April now I’ve been tested for pcos, early menopause and endometriosis all came back negative I’ve also had an ultrasound that came back normal but something must be wrong to not of had a period in 4 months, has anyone experienced the same thing, I’m not on any birth control so that cannot effect my periods been trying to get pregnant now for about a year.
