Anyone else find that they become completely dairy intolerant when it comes time for their period?

Im normally a bit lactose intolerant but when it comes time for my period I can’t do any dairy lactose intolerant or not...

Being dairy intolerant or sensitive is so common. Think about it, we are the only animal that consumes milk from a different animal! I’ve been dairy free now for two years due to the recommendation of my doctor to help treat Rosacea and IBS. It has worked wonders!
