Blood in stool ?

I have blood in my stool ... I don't know why or what it could be... Maybe A symptoms of H. Pylori, or some type of colitis?

I personally have hemroids, thanks dad, so sometimes when I have a flair up it feels like someone is taking a knife and dragging it slowly along the inside of my anus which produces blood. Blood in stool could be nothing, just some irritation, to something very serious. Go to your doctor and schedule a sigmoidoscopy or a colonoscopy.

I'm going through the same thing. I have severe abdominal pains, a swollen stomach (I have a small frame and look 5mo pregnant) blood and mucus in my stool, nausea etc. They found nothing so far, but I'm scheduled for an endoscopy. From what I've learned, if it's bright red, it's lower in the digestive tract. The darker it is, the higher its coming from. They think mine is from ulcers, but always get it checked out. If you have a fever with the blood in your stool, go to the Dr asap. Could be a sign of infection or inflammation.

I have it when I get really upset or stressed. I have stomach ulcers. Maybe schedule a colonoscopy or EGD to find out what's going on. (I'm a horrible speller lol)

If the blood is red that is actually a good sign that it isn't internal. So more than likely it will be a phisher or haemorrhoid, (piles), if you are worried you could go to a gp.

If internal bleeding (not very often it will be red) your stools may be black (although this can be lack/too much iron).
