Is this normal? Please help. Worried mama

My LO is having diarrhea for almost 11 days. He had similar situation 3 months ago and we found out that he had bacteria dirrhea. He got antibiotics shots for a week. Then, he was good. Right now, I am trying as much as I could to not give him antibiotics again. He is still young only 22 months and I feel like antibiotics are not good for his immune system. So, I am trying to keep him hydrated and giving him banana and blueberries. He used pooped 5 times a day, but yesterday he pooped 3 times. Today I found his poop kind of weird, not sure because of blueberries or whatever. I am so worried about him. He seems to be teething. 3 months ago was teething as well. Anyway, what you can tell about his poop. Is it still dirrhea? Does blueberries cause this mess. I don't want to take him to hospital, because I dont want him to get antibiotics and I want dirrhea to go away by its own. He gets dirrhea so quick and last for two weeks usually.
