You will have to be on bc or abstain because getting pregnant could make a baby with serious health issues. I had an ectopic in 2018. An HSG scan showed the tube where I had the ectopic is blocked. I was going to do my first iui yesterday but my blocked tube side was dropping 2 eggs so we will wait until next month and hope the other tube will have the dominant follicle.
