Blood test

So the doctor has requested a blood test & scan due to irregular periods and hormonal symptoms. Below is the tests they are carrying out. Does anyone know if any of these tests will show estrogen and progesterone levels or are LH/FSH more important? I will ask when I go for results but I am curious.. Thanks.

Thyroid function

Gonadotrophins (LH/FSH)

Prolactin

U/E

L.B.P

Cholesterol

HDL/LDL

HbA1c
