NOT A SINGLE CRAMP ?🙌🏽

My last cycle was extremely painful and I was in bed for most of it ! [thankful for a work from home job] but now I’m day 4 and I haven’t had a single cramp 😐 lol but I am bleeding just as much almost even more than last month . Not sure if I should be concerned because this has never happened before and I’m 23. My cramps have always been horrible.

Have you been drinking a lot of water? My cramps are only as bad as my lack of water and usually are full blown, bed resting type as if I got attacked by a shark- if I'm dehydrated. If I fully hydrated I dont even feel them.

Everything’s the same ! Lol more stress with a new job and less sleep but I would think that would only make it worse 😅

Have you been exercising a lot more lately or had a change in diet? These can affect your period too as well as drinking more water like the previous commenter said.
