Removal of condom possibility

I started having sex with this guy and i posted on here before how he has had sex with me then asked a day later if I could be pregnant even though a condom was used..red flag there. Then today we are having sex and after he says "I wasn't wearing a condom just now " even though I saw him put it on. It was extremely dark where we were so it's possible he took it off, and i asked him a bunch of times "are you serious?" My heart was racing as I'm not on any kind of birth control and he knows I am ovulating. And finally after asking he says he was just kidding. I told him i don't want to be pregnant I'm not ready for kids (I'm only 21) and he says "you don't want to have a Mexican baby in your stomach?" I am not racist at all so idk why he says that. In fact I have dated a lot of latinos and he happens to be Mexican. I am just not ready for kids and feel very uneasy. I'm pretty sure he kept the condom on and was just kidding because sperm has a distinct smell and I didn't smell anything abnormal, it just scared me and it was fucked up.
