Okay so my periods have always been very regular, 30 day cycles, mid cycle heavyish spotting and a heavy period with awful cramps and TMI sorry but red colored blood. This month my period was super light and dark brown blood that is almost like a rusty color. I've been in my "period" for 3 days now and it hasn't gotten heavier the blood hasn't changed in color and I've had zero cramps. It is not normal for me at all but not really sure its cause for concern either. Or am I wrong? I hate calling the dr and feeling like I overreact about nothing. So just wondering what could be going on if this has happened to either of you ladies?
