Enlarged ovary in early pregnancy

Hi everyone! I am almost 7 weeks pregnant after IUI. I took clomid and got 4 mature follicles all on the right side. So after my first ultra sound earlier this week (baby measuring on schedule and saw a heart beat of 118bpm!!! ❤️), the doctor noted that my ovary that I ovulated from was enlarged due to the 4 follicles. She has ordered me to stop exercising, intercourse and lifting heavy things until it shrinks because I could twist the ovary and have to be rushed into surgery and it could be detrimental to the baby. Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for it to shrink back down? I would love to hear of any similar experiences!
