When does the swollen go down ?

I’m 9 days post my csection and my legs/feet are still extremely swollen. I’ve been wearing compression socks and drinking tons of water but concerned the swollen is still there. Anyone else experience this, If so how long did it last for you?

It took about 2 weeks for the swelling in my feet to go away.

It’s normal. It should go down in a few more days. I’m 3 weeks from my csection and mine went down before the 2 week mark.

Took about 2 weeks for my legs and feet to go back to normal. Just keep doing what you’re doing and they’ll get better.

I am 10 weeks PP and it took 2 months 😭

Prop a pillow under your feet when you sleep at night for a few days and it will start to go down.
