I talk sometimes but it depends if I have really bad cramps or my period is heavy

I’m as talkative as I normally am. A period is a normal part of a healthy woman’s life and I don’t change my lifestyle for several days every month just because I’m on my period. I am sometimes a bit more irritable/emotional a day or two before my period arrives, but that does that doesn’t affect my social life much.

I get in like weird funky moods where I just don't want to talk. I just wanna be alone, in my own little world. I text my parents every day to check on them. But other than that,even when my husband comes home I'm quieter.
