My ex is in the military trying to fight for primary custody of our child he had my son and I move out of my home state of Texas my son is 5 months we have been in the new state New Mexico for 2 months I do not have a job (have been looking and had interviews) my sons father has been in the military for almost 3 years are they more likely to grant my ex custody due to paying for bills and our sons needs even though I am the one who cares for the child as where he spends 20-30 minutes with our child before passing him back to me I care for our child day and night and I am terrified I’m going to lose my baby for him to just take our son to the babysitter and then coming home and forcing our son to go to sleep because he doesn’t want to deal with him
