Vitamin D drops

My baby’s pediatrician gave me some vitamin drops to give him every day, but I just realized that they have artificial sweetener in them, which I would prefer NOT to give him. I was very careful not to eat anything with aspartame or saccharine in it my entire pregnancy so obviously I don’t want to give my 2 month old baby either of these now 🤦‍♀️. Did anyone else’s pediatrician prescribe vitamin drops? Are there any vitamin drops out there that are more natural?
