I’ve been using a tampon applicator but it’s waste full and doesn’t do much😂 I just know it’s safe to use
I hear about hairbrushes, but I’m worried about paint coming off. Could I put a plastic bag over it? Is that safe? 
Any other ideas? There’s no way for me to buy a real one

If you go to the dollar store get a long tube of bubbles for $1 and wash it and use that idk cant think of anything else to use (homemade)
