does my belly button piercing look infected?

i’ve been cleaning it normally, like my piercer told me to. it’s itchy if i touch it (i only touch it with clean hands) and it’s sore if i touch it too. 
i got it pierced about 4/5 days ago

sorry my stomach is really hairy 😂 but does it look infected or just irritated? or healing?

No. It looks maybe irritated. But not infected. Have you been messing with it or something rubbing it? Just looks angry/red. Not infected though.

At Walgreens or CVS they sell continuous spray sterile saline in the first aid section. I use that for all my piercings when I think they are getting grody/irritated.

I think you need a longer ring to give it more room cause it looks irritated
