a little over a week ago, i got the Paraguard IUD. after i got it put in, i almost passed out walking to checkout, threw up a little, and had cramping horribly, as expected. i have been bleeding profusely ever since then (bled through a super tampon in 3 hours, which i’ve never done before), i’ve had horrible cramping on and off every day. when the cramps aren’t there, i feel great! but when they do come, they are LITERAL HELL. i have a sonogram on monday to make sure it’s still in place and not falling out of my uterus 🙄, they are a little worried about how heavy i’m bleeding and the cramping is ridiculous. has anyone else had any issues with this? should i be concerned?
