So hard and don’t know what to do anymore 😭

Found out in Spain last week our baby had past away I came home yday and started contracting and dilating nothings happened since and babies comfy in there looked between 8-9weeks when baby past id of been 11w 1d today ive to come back Tuesday for another scan and start medical treatment how do people get through it 😭😭😭 xxx
