Symptoms lessening

My symptoms Are reducing. No AF since July 7 but I fell off of working out through August. Been working out at least four to five times a week. I cut ALL processed food, dairy, wheat. Before The thick hairs on my chin would grow in a matter of a day or two. Haven't had any new hair growth for days. My bowel movements are improving. My weight is already dropping and my mood is better. Cutting dairy and wheat needs to be all cysters plan of attack for increased fertility. At least from what I've seen. Oh and I've been doing crock pot meals-prepping everything on Sunday and no meal stress during the week.
