Anyone who freaks out when period is late by just one day?

My cycle ranges from 23 to 31 days. I’ll only start to freak out if it one of the rare 35+ day cycles.

No because your luteal phase can be late by a day, sometimes two. That's why tracking ovulation is the better option

I don't see any point in it. My period is irregular so I never expect it to come on time. Even when I was on birth control that made it the exact same time every month I didn't worry if it was late
