Ladies I had my first ever D&C Friday after I had an incomplete miscarriage 6 weeks before. I lost three huge blood clots and an extensive amount of blood before they did an ultrasound and found there was still a baby inside and opted to do the surgery. I’m massively bloated, constipated and in a lot of discomfort/pain. I feel like my painkillers are offsetting my digestive meds but the pain is too bad without them? I have been out of work for a week and really don’t feel I can take more time off but I work at an elementary school and don’t want to worry/scare my kiddos? I guess I’m just trying to gage a rough recovery time and see if this is all normal? Any advice extremely welcome, thanks 🤦🏽‍♀️
