She feels really low, not really sure what dropping looks like

I know a lot of people post photos to see if they dropped, but honestly no one can really tell for you.
If you feel like you can breathe easier (less pressure from uterus on ribs and lungs) and you have to pee more frequently (baby now using your bladder as a pillow) then the baby probably dropped.
Honestly some women drop earlier and the baby is low for weeks. Some don't drop until the day they give birth. 
I wouldn't really worry about whether it happened or not.
