Pregnant or not after ectopic?
So I had a tubal etopic pregnancy in March of this year after being told over and over again for years I couldn't conceive "naturally" (which I did) and that

was my only option.
So now I've been cramping 3 days after ovulation and my period is in 2 days so all together I've been cramping about a week straight, is this a good sign or just my period coming
