I have been on birth control for 11 years straight. I recently stopped because I felt like my body needed a break. After my last period, I started bleeding a couple weeks later (so basically had a period in between periods) then when it was time for my regular period, it was barely there. Just some spotting. And now 4 days later I’m bleeding again. So I’ve basically had 4 periods within a little over a month. Is this normal??? Is this just my body adjusting?
