Contractions
Do you have to have painful contractions in order to dilate? I was 1cm on thrusday but havent had any contractions since before than and debating on skipping the next cervical check because my appointment is tomorrow so 3 days since the last. Lol I just dont see the point. Because it doesnt matter anyways until you're in active labor.
