Is this infected???

I got my belly button pierced a few days ago and it’s still super red. Not sure if this is normal or not.

Looks pretty irritated! When I got mine I did warm saline solution soaks 2 times a day for a few mins at a time and that really help! If you get green or yellow pus go see your piercer or a doctor!

Your bar is way too short that will be causing the redness. No infection by the looks of it

I've had mine done for a while now. It's not unusual to still show irritation right now. Just clean it at least twice a day. Best solution I've used when cleaning my piercings is wound wash. You can get a spray bottle of it at Walmart usually.

To me it looks like the bar is not long enough for the amount of swelling you’re having. I would go back to the piercer because that could cause issues. It doesn’t look infected yet, but it does look pretty irritated. I would do a warm sea salt and water soak and then clean as normal with saline and I’ve always used h2ocean spray as well but that’s optional. I would definitely go see your piercer about the bar length though, to me it kind of looks like the jewelry is already sinking in, but I can’t completely tell because of the picture angel.
