High sex drive during fertile window

My husband was gone for two weeks during the end of my cycle, came back literally the day my period ended. I'm on a 26 day cycle so we had sex on days 6-9 and now today I am experiencing a TON of discharge, it's day 10. I took an ovulation test and I'm not quite at the LH spike yet.

My question is this, should I skip sex today? I've been told by multiple people having sex every day will not allow for strong sperm to be produced. But I'm so horny! (tmi I know)
