Did you switch your OBGYN when pregnant with rainbow baby?

Meaning did you switch from the OBGYN you had your miscarriage with.

No, because mine wanted to see me early when I got pregnant again and wanted to deliver my rainbow baby. She herself had two miscarriages and knew what I was going through. She was so compassionate and caring.

Switched but only because my old OB left the practice. We got assigned a new OB but in the same office. But even before we knew that, my husband and were considering getting a different OB. We just didn't feel comfortable with her from the get go. We met our new OB yesterday and we already like her so much more.

I’ve had 3 miscarriages . The first two I had a obgyn who I didn’t have a good experience with but when I got pregnant again I decided to give her another chance because my friend loved her but again had a bad experience and refused to go back so I switched drs when I found out I was  pregnant the 3 timewhich also ended in a miscarriage but I was so happy with how they handled it and helped me afterwards so I knew I was gonna stay there and got pregnant the 4th time and now have a healthy baby !

I saw a midwife with my last pregnancy. I switched to an OB and MFM, due to being high risk. I firmly believe had my midwife listened to me and taken my concerns seriously I wouldn’t have lost my daughter.

I was seeing an OB when I had a miscarriage and then a healthy pregnancy.  But she didn't seem to care about me, she wasn't a people person. So I switched to a different OB, who specializes in difficult pregnancies and specializes in surgeries, she has been super cool and checks on me two weeks after my appts. I am currently 27 weeks and she is a life saver.

I have kept the same ob, but there is a very inconsiderate np in the practice that I refuse to see because of the way she acted during my mmc. It really sucks cause on fridays my ob is out of the office cause he does surgeries all day, and there are only 2 other people in the practice that my insurance covers the rude np being one. If it werent for my doctor being so compassionate and the rest of the office always being so helpful i would have switched.
