5 days from my period.

I typically have mild cramps the day before my expected period, but never any lower back pain.

My cramps aren't severe, but they're definitely a lot worse than the cramps I have before my period (& a little lower in my abdomen than usual) & I've never had them this early.

The back pain is in my super lower back and it's an achy sensation.

What is going on? I feel like I'm about to have the worst period of my life 😅
