Does this look like it could be fungal?

At first I thought these were mosquito bites but they aren’t healing. They started out as little tiny spots and you can see a new one forming in the first photo. 
They itch like hell and I scratch them to scabs in my sleep and I thought it couldn’t be ring worm because it’s not a ring but then I looked up what ring worm looks like all scratched up and this is what popped up

What does it look like to you?
I’m having so much anxiety that I have ring worm but don’t want to go to the doctor and get laughed at because it’s a mosquito bite or something along those lines that are taking forever and a day to heal
Edit: okay so if it’s ring worm how do I keep this covered? It’s way too hot for long sleeves 😭

It looks like ring worm. Just go to dr no one is going to laugh at you they’ll give you a cream even if it isn’t ring worm to help it heal and go away

Could be ring warm. Which is a fungi I had this multiple times because I worked at and volunteered at a shelter. Just get some foot fungus spray and spray it on twice a day for about two weeks and it should go away. Keep using it even after it has looked like it’s disappeared before the two week mark.
