Could I have a kidney problem/infection?

Question

For the past week or so I’ve been experiencing the following symptoms:
- constant urge to pee
- painful urination
- frequent urination
- back pain (so much that I can’t sleep) 
I looked it up and google says I probably have a kidney problem. My doctor is out of town for the next week so I can’t see her til then.
Any thoughts or opinions?

I would definitely go to an Urgent Care and have them test your creatinine levels. I had similar symptoms last year and waited 3 days then I got to a point where all food and all water was making me throw up. I went to the ER and had acute renal failure. Catch it early and get IV fluids if necessary. Ultimately it was very expensive to go see a specialist for months after. 
Also until you see a doctor I'd recommend avoiding any NSAIDS like ibuprofen until you get a diagnosis. Best of luck! Hopefully you are just dehydrated or have a small infection.
