Shaking when not eating?

I’ve never experienced this until pregnancy. I had a snack around 12, then 4 hit and I’m nauseous and very shaky. Is this normal? I guess I need to eat more? I don’t feel hungry until now.

I'd just try to have some snacks on hand. I do feel like my body is less tolerant of having low blood sugar when I'm pregnant. I think it's pretty normal-- you're literally growing a human! Also check that you're drinking plenty of water.

It means your blood sugar has dropped. When you eat make sure you have fat and protein with any carbohydrates to balance this
