I have a question for people who came off birth control
Is it normal to be super emotional when you come off? I've been crying a lot. I've had withdrawal bleeding already so I don't think I'm pregnant. I stopped in the middle off the pack and started withdrawal bleeding 7 days after. I only bleed for like 4 days and the 5th day was spotting only when I wiped. Is this normal?
